Natural hair care products are often presented as a collection of individual products, creating an opportunity for a more cohesive and visually distinctive packaging system. The project explored how a natural hair care concept could communicate its identity through form, colour, and product consistency.

Solution

Coil Lab is a conceptual natural hair care brand developed as a coordinated product range. The packaging uses consistent forms and visual elements to create a recognisable identity across different hair care products.

Design process

• Researched natural hair care products and packaging conventions.
• Developed concept sketches exploring bottle proportions, visual identity, and packaging hierarchy.
• Created and refined 3D models to develop the product forms and proportions.
• Experimented with different product variations to establish a cohesive range.

Outcome

The project resulted in a cohesive set of 3D product concepts and renders, exploring how product form, packaging, and visual identity can work together as a unified brand system.
